Worm Conficker, known since October 2008, broke out last week. He is created to build a new botnet. F-secure tells, how it calculates the number of infected machines (about 9 million at the moment). He spreads via USB-ports (network, infected notebooks or sticks).Install Microsoft's recent Windowsupdate of this week, if u have autoupdate disabled, see MS09-001. Scan- and removal-tool is published here. Do not install, just unzip and start it.
