Collapse of Capitalism (2)

As a result of the collapse of some important American banks, the Dutch Government nationalized the two biggest banks of the Netherlands this weekend:
This was necessary to guarantee the properties of the savers and to protect the jobs of the employees of these two banks.
The Dutch-based banking and insurance activities of Fortis and the Fortis share in ABN AMRO are now in the hands of the State of the Netherlands. This provides a strong safeguard for all those involved in these institutions and for the stability of the Dutch financial system.
